Texas High School Cupcake Battle: Welcome to the 1st Annual Central Texas High School Cupcake Battle! On January 29, 2011, 100 students from Central Texas High Schools will battle for the best cupcake! Competitors can win awards, cash, prizes, and scholarships. The top 7 entries based on originality of recipe will be asked to participate in the actual cupcake baking final competition to be held March 26, 2011. The Cupcake Battle is organized by the Central Texas High School Culinary Arts Consortium.
